What is your fee to play at a funeral or event?

Because I accept engagements throughout Illinois my rate will vary some based on travel.  When you contact me please let me know the date, time, and location of your event and I will promptly reply with a quote.  I charge by the event, not by the hour.   My quote will be your final number with no other fees.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is necessary for funerals and other last-minute events.  For appearances scheduled several weeks in advance I require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold a date.  This deposit is included in your quote. Once your booking is complete, I will provide you confirmation of my appearance details.

What do you take for payment?

I accept cash, check, and Paypal.    

Do you wear Irish or Scottish attire?

I have both. While most people enjoy all types of traditional bagpiper attire, some may prefer attire of a specific heritage.  I wear the following kilts:  The Irish National tartan (click here to view), the Weathered Gordon (Scottish) pictured on the About Me page or click here to view.  I also proudly wear the American Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial tartan (click here to view).
